The house is located in Hourtin Port, in the Du Lac tourist complex, in the middle of an enclosed, wooded park. It has been completely refurbished to offer you a quality service. It is a single-storey property with a surface area of 40 m2. A large bay window opens directly onto the terrace in the shade of the oaks (garden furniture and parasol). The complex is fenced, the swimming pool is open from 15 June to 30 September, and there is a children's playground, a boules court, a gym, a BBQ and a table tennis table.

The accommodation is on our plot, completely independent and self-contained, with no neighbours overlooking. 500 m from Lake Hourtin, its beach and the town centre, 10 minutes from the ocean. It is a small cosy nest, ideal for a couple with or without children, consisting of a 160 cm bed and a 2-seater sofa bed. Outside, you'll enjoy two wooden terraces.

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
