Easy access to go to Bordeaux, visit the castles or spend a day at the beach. Located 5 minutes from the tram and close to Pessac Alouette SNCF train station. 40 minutes from the first beach of Arcachon Bay. I specify that the apartment is rented with my things in it, but in each room there are empty shelves to store your things.

The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The exteriors are still being renovated...
