Located in the immediate vicinity of Pessac center (many shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, art and experimental cinema, swimming pool...). Multimodal hub with SNCF train station (Bordeaux Arcachon line 300 m away). Tram B stop 30 m away (Camponac stop) Coulée verte and Camponac Park in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Perfect base for visiting Bordeaux and its surroundings. Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes. Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION.
