Studio on the second floor of a beach front residence in Lacanau Océan. Very bright studio with balcony and direct ocean views with stunning sunset every night. The beach is opposite at a few steps. Residence slightly off-center from the center, about 200 m (quieter). Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and cafes are not far away. You can get everywhere on foot. Private parking space (badge). Linens are not provided, so provide: - Towels - Pillowcase x2 - Duvet cover - 90*200 x2 cover sheet or 160 x1 sheet For the BZ: - A sheet 90 - Pillowcase - 1-person duvet cover There is a capacity for up to 3 people in the apartment. Great location close to supervised beaches, shops, restaurants and the liveliness of the city. The apartment located on the 1st floor, has a bedroom, a living room with an integrated kitchen and a bathroom . It is not suitable for people with disabilities or people with toddlers. Accuracy: the couch is not a bed!!!
