The house, a contemporary duplex accommodating up to 6 people, is located in the heart of the city of Andernos. Close to all amenities (pier, beaches, restaurants, shops, covered market, city entertainment, ports...) On the balconies overlooking the Bassin d'Arcachon. Beautiful amenities, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi throughout the property. The highlight of the house is on the roof: a magnificent terrace with opulent garden furniture and deckchairs, a place conducive to sunbathing away from prying eyes.

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

Under the pine trees, come and enjoy the calm of this small condominium in a 50 m2 house completely redone! This is my home where I live year-round. I put my heart and soul into renovating it and I want to rent it to a respectful couple/friends who will enjoy the warm atmosphere. Small plus: 1 parking space and linen are provided.
