come and discover this charming Charentaise house of 140 m2 located in the heart of the great Champagne that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby with views of the countryside and the vines in Juillac le coq, which is 15 minutes from Cognac, 5 minutes from Segonzac. A few steps away, white paths invite you to long bike rides or walks. Bikes and electric mountain bikes are available nearby, with the possibility of direct delivery to the accommodation to explore the area.

This small 30 m2 cottage will be perfect for your weekends, vacations or business trips. Entirely made by us in an old wine building, Charlotte wanted to decorate it on the theme of the Sunflower, emblematic flower of the Charentes and Tintin, famous comic strip, since we are located 30 minutes from Angoulême, capital of the comic strip. Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). Come and discover the Charentaise countryside, in the heart of the Cognaçais Vineyard, in Grande Champagne, on a winery. I provide you with a new 50m² accommodation adjoining my house, but totally independent. You can take advantage of the family heated swimming pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
