This small cottage of 30m2 will be perfect for your weekends, holidays or business trips. Entirely made by us in an old wine building, Charlotte wanted to decorate it on the theme of Tournesol, emblematic flower of the Charentes and Tintin, famous comic strip, since we are 30 minutes from Angouleme, capital of comics. Quiet cottage, surrounded by vineyards, 10 min from the N10. A relaxation area with jacuzzi is available as a paid option (book 24 hours in advance)

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

I offer you a new 50 m² accommodation adjoining my house, but totally independent. Guests can take advantage of the heated family pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
