Located on the bike path that leads to downtown La Rochelle in 10 minutes, on a bus line, near the ring road (10 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge) and especially in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with independent access, private parking and a private garden. Rated 3 stars by Charentes Tourisme, it has all the amenities to have a good vacation or a relaxing weekend. Baby bed, high chair, safety barrier.

We offer a quiet stay in a renovated private apartment of 60m² on the ground floor of our house, with also private terrace. The accommodation includes 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 sofa in the living room. Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
