Die Wohnung ( 40 qm) liegt an einer verkehrsberuhigten Nebenstraße im Ortsteil Horchheim direkt neben Lahnstein. Den Koblenzer Hauptbahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in 35 Minuten. Zum Rhein geht man nur 2 Minuten. Hier befindet sich auch ein alter Leinpfad, der als asphaltierter Fahrradweg genutzt werden kann, um so den Rhein zu erkunden. Gut zu Fuß erreichbar befinden sich kleine Restaurants und ein Minimarkt für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Nachbarort Lahnstein bietet weitere zahlreiche Geschäfte.

Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

The kitchenette is well equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses. There is free parking at the house. Not suitable for pets.
