Grandma's apartment in a new look. I renovated and reformed the apartment in 2020. Self-designed furniture meets design classics and antique fixtures. Since I rarely use the apartment myself, I now offer it as a vacation rental. Therefore, the apartment is fully equipped. In the winter, it is cozy in the large living area and in summer the covered balcony and the sun terrace invites you to linger. Highlight in the summer is the outdoor sleeping area on the balcony.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof, in our garden and in the adjacent forest area. Not only grey herons, ducks and swans are our guests, but also our owl Rosalie and our kingfisher, which has its nest in the adjacent Lahnarm. We have waived a TV in order to just switch off here!
