Sie wohnen in einem einfachen, aber gemütlichen, kleinen Apartment (25qm) mit einem Doppelbett ( 140x200cm) und Duschbad in Boppard Stadt. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und liegt im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Kostenfreier WLAN Zugang ist eingerichtet. In dem Wohn-Schlafzimmer für 1-2 Personen gibt es keine Küche, aber die Möglichkeit sich ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine , ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Geschirr und Gläser sind vorhanden.

Despite the quiet location, it is only 900 m walk to the center of Lahnstein, the bus stops are only a 2-minute walk away. A total of 105 m² of living space is available (2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway, utility room, terrace).

We rent a small apartment on the second floor, which is fully furnished. It is a 3-family house where we live with our two dogs and a cat. Our pets are friendly to all people. The location is quiet and it is about 3 km to the city center. Very close (450 m) is a shopping mall (Netto, general practitioner, pharmacy, post office, bakery and hairdresser ...) Bus connection to the city: lines 5/15. We do not leave pets alone.

The city of Braubach is located in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Upper Middle Rhine Valley" about 10 km south of Koblenz. The famous hiking trail Rheinsteig passes only 50m by the holiday home. We offer a bright, friendly apartment with living room (TV, radio and a sofa bed), bedroom, kitchen, shower room. Internet access via Wi-Fi is possible on request. Bedlinen and towels are included in the price.

We would like to invite you to our pretty, small townhouse in medieval Braubach. From each of our 3 apartments you have a beautiful view of the Marksburg. Cozy seating areas await you in our small courtyard. Our house can be a wonderful place for a family/friends gathering. From here you can hike the Rheinsteig, take boat tours or start with the Rhine Valley Railway to Frankfurt or Koblenz.
