Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

This apartment can accommodate a family with 1-3 children. There is 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), 1 single bed (80 x 200 cm) including bed linen. The bathroom with a shower, hand and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses. There is free parking at the house. Not suitable for pets.

The sheltered terrace overlooking the greenery is also very nice. Free parking spot right in front of the house. Storage with power connection for charging your e-bikes is available. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets cannot be brought along either.

Since I rarely use the apartment myself, it is now available as a vacation home and is fully equipped for this. In winter, the spacious living area provides coziness, while in summer the covered balcony and the sunny terrace with outdoor sleeping area invite you to linger.

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop directly on the street. Supermarkets (5 min), a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free of charge also in the side streets.
