Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Sinclair

My family and friends stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is beautiful inside and outside, there is so much space and the rooms were amazing. Would stay here again!

The space was beautiful. There was a problem with the hot water heater but, the problem was resolved in good timing.

We had a very nice family reunion at this house. There were 16 of us and we were able to spread out into many comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds. However, the 2 basement bedrooms were not quiet, due to the noise of walking above in the kitchen area. We spent many hours on the huge screened back porch, eating all of our meals at large picnic tables, with a nice sitting area at the other end of the porch. The children enjoyed the fenced playground area and a nice yard to play in. They had fun playing on the boat dock as well as the large bedroom and playroom upstairs. We cooked all of our meals and there was plenty of dishes, silverware and serving dishes. We used the fire pit, the outdoor grill and the hot tube. Our stay was enjoyable for everyone.

We loved our stay here! The host was proactive and extremely helpful. The place was clean and had a great vibe. We will definitely be staying again!

Our second stay here, it is easily accessible, beautiful surroundings with Lake running up to backyard. If feels like being at home, love the extra space and all amenities

I had never seen any Airbnb house that set up like Bob’’s house.Kitchen has anythin that you can imagine.Beatuful home , amazing view, we felt like we were home.I will love to come back .I highly recomend Bob’s house.

Our stay at Ginny’s Airbnb was perfect! Everything was seamless from start to finish. Ginny was incredibly responsive to messages, making communication a breeze. The self-check-in process was simple and hassle-free, allowing us to settle in comfortably. The location is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, offering a serene escape while still conveniently situated. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing—if not even better in person! It was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would not hesitate to book again. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Eatonton!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by their sweet dogs, Gemma and Jaxon. While unloading our things, their chickens came and greeted us as well. We got to meet the owners, who were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is below their house and set up very simply and easily navigable. Water was hot quickly and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is cute and everything easily accessible. We got to meet their beautiful and very sweet black cat, who visited us several times even when we were working on stuff in our boats. Parking was easy and accommodating for 2 trucks with bass boats to charge and 2 SUVs.

So enjoyable and perfect for our weekend away to visit our son at GCSU!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It is a beautifully updated property. Debbie and her team were super responsive and the stay was excellent. We will definitely stay again!

Jordan was a great host. Reynolds Lake Oconee is a beautiful location. The unit is very well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the 16th on the Oconee course!

We had great time staying at Debbie‘s place, great peaceful location, plenty of space for outdoor activities. Close drive to the lake was very spacious and clean, with exception of couple linens and pillowcases, which didn’t look like they were changed from the previous guest. I’m sure just an oversight. Also, Publix is in the in close proximity that you can stock up on the necessary items. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway yet close to any water activities.
