Absolutely amazing stay. Neecy’s home was immaculate and squeaky clean. Easy parking as well. Very peaceful and a fantastic place to stay short or long term. Highly recommend.

Robert offers car rentals as well that’s way cheaper than rentals from the airport, check in wasn’t until 4 but my flight came in at 8 am. He let me have the car immediately until the cleaning lady was done with the air bnb which they let me check in early too. He also let me have the car all day until my 9 pm flight the last day I was staying. This air bnb is more than worth it! I will definitely be coming back. Robert is an amazing host!!

We came over to New York for a 1 week holiday, where one of the options was this AirBnB, and after looking around we ended up settling with this one. Bill has been a great host, always proactive and quick to respond when there was something we didn't have. the Airbnb itself is as described, comfortable for 2 people. We were concerned that it might not be worth enough given we visited in December, though thankfully there is a good central heating; the additional heaters weren't required, but the heated blanket was a nice touch. Lovely locations nearby, and we actually spent half the week just staying in Oceanside as everything was a walking distance away. Getting into Central New York City is best done by walking 20 minutes to Oceanside station, and taking the LIRR straight in. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit NYC. We'd happily stay here again if we visited NYC again.
