Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Pasamos 5 días muy bien , zona tranquila , a pie de playa , todo como se describe en el anuncio ... Beatriz muy pendiente , nos resolvió las pocas dudas que nos surgieron . Repetiremos seguro !!!

Я в восторге от балкона и видов. Это было лучше, чем я ожидала. Апартаменты уютные, чистые, но вид с балкона лучше, чем я ожидала. Также я в восторге от Феррана и его жены — это прекрасные, милые, добрые люди. Спасибо большое за теплый приём, и помощь. Ферран и встретит с вокзала и отвезёт обратно, если вам нужно. Также он предлагает показать окрестности. Интернет в аппаратах отличный, мне было это важно для работы и никаких проблем. На диване спать было неудобно, чувствуются пружины, но 2 просторные кровати в спальне очень удобные. Расположение апартаментов отличное: рядом 2 небольших магазина. Немного подальше есть крупные магазины. Также много мелких магазинах с фруктами, хозяйственными и пляжными товарами, с одеждой. Шикарная набережная, рестораны, бары, мороженное. Я довольна жильём и хотела бы вернуться ещё.

Unser Aufenthalt in Cullera in Toni's Wohnung war einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Wohnung wunderschön. Toni hat bei Fragen immer schnell und kompetent geantwortet. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Wohnung und Toni sofort weiterempfehlen.

Hemos pasado unos días de descanso en familia muy agradables, el piso estaba reformado y con todos los servicios funcionando al 100%, es un sitio muy tranquilo y con el mar y la playa cruzando la calle, y un paseo marítimo muy agradable para caminar, le agradezco ha Cristina lo bonito que tiene el piso y a Diana la flexibilidad que tuvo tanto para la llegada como para la salida, muchas gracias por todo

I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. No se pudieron portar mejor. Justo llegamos el día del apagón en España y nos apoyaron muchísimo. Muy agradecidos a la familia dueña del piso.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Notre séjour chez José Roman s est très bien passé. L appartement est très beau, propre, très bien équipé et frais (parfait pour les grosses chaleurs!!) José Roman est très accueillant et fort de propositions et de petites attentions. L appartement est bien situé à proximité de la place et a 10mn du centre en vélo (les pistes cyclables sont géniales!!! Il y a un loueur de vélo à 2mn). Le seul bémol c est que les murs sont fins et les voisins étaient malheureusement très bruyants tard le soir et tôt le matin (déplacement de meubles, portes qui claquent et même visseuse à 23h) mais c était sans doute inhabituel car les autres commentaires ne l avaient pas mentionnés)

Eugénia est très accueillante, il nous a permis d'accéder au logement avant l'heure du check in. l'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré et le quartier est paisible avec plein de bon restaurant et la plage tout est accessible à pieds. place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue où les petites rue avoisinantes. séjour très agréable. merci pour tout

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Een gezellig huis in een relaxte buurt op loopafstand van het strand. Communicatie was perfect!

Très belle appartement décoré avec goût, il y a tout le nécessaire dedans nous pouvons venir les mains dans les poches. Bien placé, résidence calme, juste à côté de la plage avec un supermarché à 500m, beaucoup de restaurants et une ligne de bus devant le logement. Petit bémol pour le bus qui ne passe que toute les 2heures, peut-être aussi car nous ne sommes pas dans la saison estival, mais nous avons fait tout nos déplacements en taxi ou Uber. Le prix était abordable sachant que Valence est à à peine 20min du logement Merci à Maria qui a été très gentille avec nous

nos encantó el apartamento, disfrutamos mucho las vistas, aunque no estuvimos mucho tiempo, pero el momento de estar nos sentimos como estas casa, y los detalles. pensó en todo hasta nos dejó una bienvenida refrescante. muchas gracias 😊

La estancia en el apartamento de Carla fue satisfactoria. La llegada fue fluida y el padre de Carla nos explicó todo con claridad. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Durante el día la zona es tranquila, aunque por la tarde-noche hay música procedente del camping frente al apartamento. La comunicación con Carla fue adecuada y siempre respondió con rapidez. Agradecimos sus recomendaciones de restaurantes. No echamos nada en falta durante la estancia.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo estaba muy limpio. Nos recibió el padre de Roberto y fue muy amable ayudándonos a subir las cosas.

Muy bien todo, el apartamento era tal y como esperábamos, vistas espectaculares y muy buena localización para bajar a la playa!

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par son cousin qui habite à côté, malgré la barrière de la langue, il as tout fait pour bien nous accueillir. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
