Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training facilities are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians, about 5 min., Uni 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

The apartment was newly renovated and newly furnished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental from the neighbor. Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used, for example, for smoking. The University of Landau and the city center are about 2 km away, the master school for audiologists and the educational center for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".
