Great welcome.

Very short stay (one night and one morning) but very friendly at Arlette and Christian's, two adorable and attentive hosts. The old farmhouse they renovated is bucolic at will, full of charm, in a very quiet place and has multiple amenities: huge garden full of nooks where it's good to stroll/rest, private terraces, swimming pool, etc. The communication was impeccable, with very clear guidelines, top responsiveness and a thoughtful welcome on site. Not to spoil anything, very hearty breakfast with local products before leaving. In short, a beautiful stopover in the Landes at a great value!

Christine was an excellent host. She allowed us to move to a place with a kitchen so we could cook. Everything was impeccable and she was very kind. Thank you very much for everything, Christine. Until next time!

We booked the house for a weekend and we all loved the house, adults and children. The house is very big, bigger than we imagine with the photos, great for weekends with a big group. A little extra, sheep and lambs in the field adjoining the house were waiting for us. Thanks to Shane for hosting us, we'll be happy to come back.

Very nicely laid-out and well-equipped converted barn in rural peaceful countryside just 20 minutes drive from Capbreton beach. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and yet discreet.

The sheepfold was wonderful, peaceful, incredibly well fitted out, comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend the lake and Contis beach. Frederique was very welcoming and helpful in offering tips and advice. If we are ever in the region again then we will definitely be staying again.

The sheepfold is charming, in a peaceful environment, it matches the photos and description, well equipped, comfortable bedding. Sistine's hospitality and responsiveness were perfect, her information and attention were very appreciated! In short, we had a very pleasant stay in Chiouleben!

A big thank you to Paule and Christian for their welcome and their home! They are exceptionally kind hosts, friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, the house is very spacious and with lots of charm, well equipped for children/babies, very clean and the exteriors are very welcoming. The pool, hot tub, sunbeds, and shared outdoor activities are really a big plus. The house is not even 30 minutes from the beach (Mimizan) and 1 hour from Arcachon. We'll be happy to come back and see its great hosts again.
