Rated two stars by Gîtes de France, the 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment consists of a small bedroom with a 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, two-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning, dressing room, 10 m2 covered terrace, 8 m2 bike storage, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Due to the forest location, mobile network and Internet connection are not so good but get much better closer to the lake, 700 m away.
