Dream Beach House 300m from Ocean

Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.

You can suit up at the house and be in the line up in 4 minutes! With 2 bedrooms with quality beds, a nice living area and a fairly big garden, you will be staying in one of the best spot on the coast...trust me I have lived in the Hossegor, Seignosse area for the last 25 years!
