Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The ZEN house - artisanal interior & heated pool

Then Zen house has just (May 2022) been finished. It's a 3- bedroom bio climatic house with a clean interior style. It measures 110m2 with a spacious living room which is open to the homemade kitchen. Almost all furniture in the house is handmade and the interior is created in a clean style with atmospheric light effects. In the south facing garden is a heated salt pool and many colorful plants and flowers. The house is available all year and we offer long stay discounts in off season.

Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise disturbances and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.
