Monthly Rentals in Landover Hills

Bob is an exceptionally friendly host, and his place is conveniently located near the metro in the suburban neighborhood of Cheverly. The apartment met our needs, was clean and comfortable, and we wished we could have spent more time chatting with Bob!

Can't say enough good things about this place! We stayed for a month and loved it. The home is incredibly spacious, clean, modern, and well stocked. It's a quiet location and easy enough to drive into DC (25-30 mins). It was a treat to watch the seasons change from winter to spring outside. Angela was a very responsive host as well - we would love to come back!

Great place for the price in a good area. Close to Walmart and several restaurants and quick marts Transportation into DC takes about 30 minutes. The place was as described. Bathroom was clean, kitchen was stocked, and beds were comfy. TV worked and good selection of apps for streaming. Occupants due live above the AirBnB so you hear them walking around. Was not that big of a deal, did not keep us from sleeping. All in all a good place if you’re wanting to stay in a quieter neighborhood close but not in DC for a great value. We’ll be back.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is perfect for a longer stay Airbnb. Metro line is close and it is a nice neighborhood. The room has everything you need and was described accurately.
