Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. "Berg-Budse" Charming Harzhaus in Wildemann

In Wildemann, the "Little Tyrol" of the Harz, this charming Harz house from 1899 is located directly on idyllic hiking trails. Located on the slope and near the forest, it was extensively renovated after we bought it in 2021/2022. The "19-Lachter-Stollen" attraction is a few steps away, and there are many shops and restaurants in neighboring Clausthal-Zellerfeld. From the point of view of sustainability, our "Berg-Budse" is lovingly furnished with a mix of old and new things.

The apartment with attention to detail is a former separate hay barn in the Harz foothills. In the village there is a pizzeria and a courtyard café with breakfast and fresh rolls. A grocery store and a gas station are accessible by car and via a bike path (2 km) in Liebenburg. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Goslar with other attractions is also very close within 15 minutes by car. The wider area offers numerous opportunities for hiking and exploring.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
