Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

The comic book gîte

Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

Le Petit Vilar

Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

Quiet and relaxing place. From Saturday 13 June 2026 to Saturday 5 September 2026: length of stay, minimum 7 days, arrival only on Saturday. Other school holidays, Rennes academy: minimum stay 2 days, arrival any day.

Beautiful quiet apartment, close to the sea 2**

Beautiful fully-equipped apartment, 41 m2 with 15 m2 terrace, not overlooked, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Composed of a living room with a two-seater sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 X 190 bed, then a bathroom with a shower. All shops nearby (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, Super U, fishmonger, cinema...). 5 minutes' drive to the beaches, GR, water activities. Accessible accommodation without stairs, parking, washing machine, Wi-Fi, dishwasher.

La maison Folgalbin

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we made this bed and breakfast in an old outbuilding in 2020 independent from the main house. Garden available, pool, adirondack for relaxing. For cyclists we are 4 km from the greenway and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as much as possible. Linen provided. Breakfast optional at the price of €6.50

Sea view apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is located at the foot of the GR 34 Panoramic view of Locquirec Bay. It is located 200 m from the beach. It consists of a living room, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is composed of: microwave, oven and dishwasher. No Wi-Fi available.

The Hillside House

Between land and sea, come and have a pleasant stay in the house on the hill. A charming house located in the middle of the Breton countryside and close to the sea. Space and serenity are the two words that describe it. If you love nature, space, silence, reading this house represents you because it is a haven of peace.
