The comic book gîte

Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. The beaches on foot, fishing on foot, less than 50m, the cafe of the port, the restaurant and the direct sale of fish by the fishermen. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Family villa with heated pool

Family villa of 200m² not overlooked perfect for a peaceful holiday 5 minutes from the beaches by car. We offer a large garden with heated pool (from April to September) as well as a buried living room ideal for sharing good times. The house is composed of a large living room, a mezzanine relaxation area, an equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Baby equipment available. Household linen is not currently provided.

House with beach access, sleeps 6

Located in the Breton countryside, this charming vacation rental can accommodate families and friends for a relaxing time and direct access to the beach (located 300 meters away, the access is a path surrounded by greenery and is not accessible for all). The accommodation includes 2 bathrooms as well as 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds. Upstairs you can enjoy the terrace with a sea view and the pleasant living room.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Charming studio - Lanmeur

Welcome to your little cocoon, a cozy & warm studio where comfort and relaxation meet. Ideal for a solo stay, as a couple or with a baby, you will find everything to feel at home: bed, high chair and park are provided. 🧻 For ecological reasons and to limit waste, a roll of toilet paper is provided upon your arrival. 🐾 And because they're part of the family, your pets are welcome! Relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located at the foot of the GR 34 Locquirec Bay panoramic view. It is located 200m from the beach. It consists of a living room, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with: microwave, oven and dishwasher.
