Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

Family villa of 200m² not overlooked perfect for a peaceful holiday 5 minutes from the beaches by car. We offer a large garden with heated pool (from April to September) as well as a buried living room ideal for sharing good times. The house is composed of a large living room, a mezzanine relaxation area, an equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Baby equipment available. Household linen is not currently provided.

Fancy the tranquility of the countryside 10 minutes from the sea? In the small hamlet of Lanleya, rents charming farmhouse with character set in a large wooded park and crossed by a small stream. In this rural setting and conducive to relaxation: an orchard, a paddock and these sheep as well as a vegetable house. Outside also includes a heated swimming pool, 2 large south and west facing terraces with garden furniture and barbecue.

House with beach access, sleeps 6

Located in the Breton countryside, this charming vacation rental can accommodate families and friends for a relaxing time and direct access to the beach (located 300 meters away, the access is a path surrounded by greenery and is not accessible for all). The accommodation includes 2 bathrooms as well as 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds. Upstairs you can enjoy the terrace with a sea view and the pleasant living room.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Welcome to your little cocoon, a cozy & warm studio where comfort and relaxation meet. Ideal for a solo stay, as a couple or with a baby, you will find everything to feel at home: bed, high chair and park are provided. 🧻 For ecological reasons and to limit waste, a roll of toilet paper is provided upon your arrival. 🐾 And because they're part of the family, your pets are welcome! This rental is located 3 km from Morlaix (historic site), between the Armorica Regional Park and the beaches. This is a house divided into 2 separate units with independent entrances. The photos on the ad match the rented part. The 5000 m² plot is located in a quiet area, away from the road and in a wooded environment.
