We welcome you as if you were at home!

Le Petit Vilar

Le Petit Vilar is an old outbuilding recently renovated in a very quiet and wooded site. The entire property is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes away by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its café-grocery store, Romanesque and Baroque church and Liberty tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

With its exceptional sea view of the Primel point and the small fishing port of Diben, our traditional Breton stone house and bay windows will allow you to enjoy the landscape from anywhere in the house. Access to the small beach at the foot of the house, the rocks at the bottom of the garden: you can't hope for a better location.
