La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

This cottage, in the center of a small village, enjoys calm while being close to the sea... Completely renovated in 2021, it offers a comfortable and modern layout; you can enjoy the small terrace in summer and the stove in winter... In the immediate vicinity, green spaces, walks, games for children, free access tennis... The sea and the marina of Perros Guirec are down the street, within walking distance... The beaches and the pink granite coast are nearby.

Adjacent to our house located in a subdivision, it is nevertheless totally independent due to the configuration of the premises. Linens and duvets are provided, as well as towels. It is located 4.5 km from Beg-Leguer beach, 3.5 km from the city and about ten km from the Pink Granite Coast.

With a maximum occupancy of 6 people, this house is comfortable and bright. It includes three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a living room installed in a bow-window offering a picturesque view of the Trieux.

We have a bike room and the neighborhood is quiet

Here, you are on vacation by the sea, 800 m from the beaches. Walk down to Moulin Beach or Godelins Beach via the seaside trail. The town center, 200 m away, gives you access to all shops. The house is a peaceful oasis, we renovated it with natural and healthy materials. The living room, bathed in light, is open to the kitchen and garden for your summer barbecues.
