It has a garden without opposite, composed of a wooden terrace for eating, a barbecue with all the necessities, 2 deckchairs, and a bicycle rack. There is also the option to park a motorcycle in place of the bike rack. The garden is secured with a lockable gate!

Shops are nearby and local markets are not lacking. The outbuilding has its garden, trees all in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fisherman's hut, all wooden, reflecting the authenticity and spirit of the bay. The comfort is modern and perfect for spending pleasant moments.
