Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lanzarote

Lovely apartment/ home. Location is fantastic, a 10 minute stroll on the promenade to Rubicon Marina, which has lots of nice shops & restaurants, plus a nice clientele! (& not a fake designer handbag shop in sight!😁) 10 min drive to Playa Blanca. My only criticism is the pool has a plastic layer that is coming off, so there are pieces of it floating around in the pool all of the time, even after the 2 pool cleans we had. A suggestion is, for the money, is a mid week clean would be great. Comfy beds & stunning views! On the whole, great food & wine!

A casa da Céline tem tudo o que se pode pedir para uma fantástica estadia na bela ilha de Lanzarote. Situa-se numa pequena localidade no centro da ilha, próxima de todos os locais de interesse. A imensa praia de Famara está a poucos quilómetros, assim como o Parque Natural de Timanfaya. O terraço e a piscina são uma mais valia desta casa, onde se podem passar momentos muito relaxantes. A cozinha possui tudo o que necessita para fazer as suas refeições. Não tivemos o prazer de conhecer pessoalmente a Céline, mas a comunicação com ela foi sempre muito fácil e rápida, tendo o cuidado de deixar um apontamento de boas-vindas personalizado e um miminho gastronómico. Obrigada Céline e até à próxima!

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans cette petite maison pleine de charme, super cosy et baignée de lumière naturelle. Elle est située dans un magnifique jardin, un environnement super calme et serein. La terrasse et piscine commune le sont également et offrent une magnifique vue sur les vignes. Et ce petit oasis de verdure, situé dans une magnifique vallée en plein centre de l’île, permet de rayonner facilement partout. Il est aussi proche de petits marchés, commerces, resto, tout ce qu’il faut. Lara nous a fait de belles recommandations et la communication était super. Sur place nous n’avons pas eu la chance de nous rencontrer mais sa maman nous a super bien accueillis et ce fut un réel plaisir de la croiser de temps à autre. Bref, nous avons vraiment été ravis, ce fut un magnifique séjour et nous vous recommandons vivement d’expérimenter aussi !

I fell in love with the accommodation at first sight. We arrived before the check-in time, and Alex kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage at the accommodation. The house feels more like a private resort than a typical home. It is fully equipped and incredibly spacious. Alex was always responsive and came to clean the house every two days, which is not common practice for Airbnb. Truly the best Airbnb ever!

First time on the ‘west side’ of the Island as we thought there would be more sun in the evenings - which there was. However, this made the mornings slightly colder - not Jose’s fault at all. Apart from this we found the accommodation excellent with a nice pool. Clean linen delivered on the middle weekend - we stayed for 2 weeks - and could not fault anything. Tinajo is a nice area with supermarkets - although not enough for a ‘big shop’. Restaurants and bars also, although did not use. Highly recommended for a peaceful break.

What a beautiful villa - so much space, so gorgeously curated and a stunning garden. Can’t believe we got to stay here! Highly recommend. Conchi was also fab - very responsive and helpful, as was her housekeeper. Thank you for a wonderful week.

La casa è antica e più bella di quanto si capisce dalle foto. Ha tutti i comfort e una cucina attrezzatissima. Letto comodo, bagno funzionale. Al centro di un paese tranquillo ma vivo da cui si raggiungono rapidamente i luoghi di (nostro) maggiore interesse. Atmosfera completamente diversa dalla costa sud molto turistica. In cambio Teguise è un po' più fredda che la costa sud.

Highly recommend a stay at this lovely and spacious house with lots of outdoor space. The pool and outdoor shower was great, modern and designed feel to the property throughout. We were a family of four and we enjoyed our stay, with morning swim in the ocean only a couple of minutes walk down the road, all shops, bars and restaurants like ways, in close proximity. The neighbourhood was quiet, clean and felt safe. Finally, Mercedes and Maria were excellent hostesses, responsive, respectful and very helpful! Maria gave us the warmest welcome and was also there to see us well off. Thank you so much!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet setting and a few bars with food and supermarket within easy walking distance. We walked a great deal and used the bus to get round the island which is so reliable. Mariola was very accommodating and friendly. The beds are lovely and comfortable and linen beautiful.

So lovely, beautiful surroundings and easy to drive to beaches nearby. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. The private terrace is great! Good mixture of accessible (by car only) and away from tourist areas. Jürgen was so friendly and accommodating and gave us recommendations for our stay. Thank you!

A beautiful apartment with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. A beautiful balcony and private rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Within walking distance of supermarkets and a harbour with a selection of good restaurants. Susanne met us at the apartment as agreed and checked in with us during our stay; she also helped us on our departure day when we had a taxi issue. Thank you, we really enjoyed our visit.

Das Haus ist noch viel schöner und gemütlicher als auf den Bildern, zudem sehr ordentlich und sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Nina war perfekt und sehr freundlich! Die Dachterrasse hat eine beeindruckende Rundumsicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung war ein wahrer Traum! Sehr gut gelegen. Sie war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Besonders die große Terrasse war ein Highlight – ideal, um den Tag mit einem Frühstück zu beginnen. Achtung: man teilt sich das Grundstück mit dem anderen AirBnb-Haus, wir dachten zuerst, wir wären ganz alleine, ab und zu bekommt man aber durch die Wände mit, dass andere Personen direkt nebenan wohnen. Der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die Lanzarote erleben möchten! Toll war der Kamin und der Garten und der persönliche Brief!

It is away from all “touristy” places if your looking for a private peaceful break in the sun couldn’t recommend it more!

Dankjewel Alfonso voor het warme welkom en het heerlijke verblijf. We hebben genoten van een week Lanzarote, vanuit dit fijne huisje hebben we het eiland per auto ontdekt. Het huisje is netjes en gezellig ingericht. Perfect voor ons met twee jonge kindjes. Er stond een campingbedje klaar en er waren schommels en een speelhuisje buiten. Ook als ouders heerlijk van de zon genoten met een kopje koffie naast de prachtige bougainvillea. Een hele aangename uitvalsbasis voor verkenners. Een absolute aanrader!

We booked for a 5 night stay in March, just myself and husband. The villa is beautiful and obviously large enough for a bigger party. It is very spacious, spotlessly clean and completely private, sitting in its own large grounds. The patio areas had numerous comfy chairs in different areas and plenty of sun loungers. We used the pool every day. In terms of location, for us it was perfect as we would rather have peace and quiet and privacy rather than being in the middle of a town. It was only a short drive to either Puerto del Carman one way or Puerto Calero the other. This was our first time in Lanzarote so there was plenty for us to explore. We visited all of the architect/artist Cesar Manrique’s locations and these, along with the villa, were the highlights of our holiday. As others have noted, the track leading to the villa is bumpy but nothing that our hire car couldn’t handle. Note that there is a road mirror when leaving the track and turning right.

The Villa, which is accurately represented in the description and photos is situated at the end of a quiet no through road and has uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. It's layout means your not overlooked, and all but one of the ensuite bedrooms have access to the large terrace and pool. There is a large supermarket and several restaurants within a 15 minute walk, and we recommend Prima Luna for Pizza and pasta. Communication with Hanna was easy, and even though she was away at the time of our visit she provided detailed directions and arrival instructions. She was also able to deal with any queries including arranging for a new canister of BBQ gas.

Merci beaucoup pour ce chaleureux accueil à la Finca Chafariz. Nous étions deux couples et deux enfants et avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le lieu est très paisible et on s'y sent bien.

We had a fantastic stay in Cecile’s villa - it is amazing!! Such a great amount of space for our family of four. Three en-suite bathrooms, great living room and the views - well - the views are incredible!! Montana Baja is behind the villa and easy to walk up. Aqua lava is only a mile walk from the villa and Mirador del Rio up the other end of the island is only an hours drive away. Lidl is a 5min drive round the corner and Playa Flamingo an easy 25min walk. The pool and games room were both fantastic for the kids. Cecile was very helpful providing very clear instructions, and quickly responded to any queries we had. Will definitely return if we come back to Lanzarote!! Great base for our 10 day trip to explore the whole island. Would definitely recommend a car for ease of exploring.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist genauso, wie es in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos gezeigt wird – absolut authentisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns wie im Urlaub gefühlt. Das tolle Welcome Package mit frischem Obst, Snacks, kaltem Bier, Wasser und Wein war eine super Überraschung und ein perfekter Start in die Ferien. Bruno war ein fantastischer Gastgeber – freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns alles rund ums Haus bestens erklärt. Auch der Pool war ein Highlight – sauber, gepflegt und einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Man merkt sofort, dass sich hier alle sehr um das Haus kümmern. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist und die Insel individuell erkunden möchte. Wer keine Lust auf große Hotelanlagen hat und lieber ein bisschen abseits wohnt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was our second stay at Holger’s, the first being one week in November 2024 and our second being for 4 weeks Feb/March 2025. The villa is very well kept and equipped, has all the comforts for a long term stay, and neighbours Michaela and Pablo are on hand to help with any problems that may arise. Michaela will ensure you arrive to an immaculately clean holiday home. Being of modern design the villa is light and airy, as well as being well positioned to visit the whole island. We very much enjoyed our holiday and were happy with our choice to stay at Holger’s villa.

Unser drittes Jahr in der Casa Tara spricht für sich :) Wir lieben das schöne Haus für seine Größe & Ausstattung, den Fußweg in die Stadt mit allem, was man auch für längere Zeit zum Leben braucht – Fitnessstudio, tolle Restaurants, die Wanderroute nach Puerto Calero – die Liste ist lang. Mara und alle, die mit dem Haus in Verbindung stehen, sind so nett und immer erreichbar – bessere Voraussetzungen für eine Workation kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wir kommen wieder ;) Danke Mara und Team für eine so schöne Zeit!
