Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

This apartment is a spoil, as it is my private apartment and I only rent it out when I go overseas for a longer period. So you will feel at home. Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and have a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. In just a few steps you can reach the train ( S60 ) , with which you can reach Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bike

We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
