In nur wenigen Schritten erreichen Sie die Bahn ( S60 ) , mit der Sie in 12 Minuten am Wiener Hauptbahnhof sind. Es gibt auch vor der Tür eine Busstation nach Schwechat, gratis Fahrrad

Herzlich Willkommen! Genießen Sie die Ruhe am Land, sportliche Aktivitäten (zb. Laufen, Radfahren, Reiten, Tennis, …), die Nähe zu Wien und zum Flughafen Wien. Unser Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen und ist südlich von Wien gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder Bus/Zug ist die Verkehrsanbindung an Wien gegeben. Die Wohnung im OG steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Gemeinsame Nutzung: Hauseingang (aber eigene Wohnungseingangstür), Garten, Pool (im Sommer bei Schönwetter, nicht beheizt und nicht gesichert)

Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
