Very bright, clean apartment is very well located for walking to the beach or the city center. The most is the nearby parking space. Contact with Pierre was very easy with easy explanations to enter the apartment. I recommend.

we had a great stay ,the apartment is very breast,the description is very real. José and his wife told us about some super nice activities, the choice is varied. Additionally, the apartment is close to all shops, access to the garage is secure and under surveillance, the residence remains super quiet. Accommodation as expected in a pleasant neighborhood with beach and commerce directly at the foot of the building. I highly recommend it.

We had a very pleasant week in Collioure, the accommodation is really well placed, the fact of everything being able to do on foot is great, the garden is also good with its barbecue. The private parking is great too. The place is well equipped, we did not lack anything. I would highly recommend this place to discover Collioure and its beautiful surrounding area. We stayed 3 weeks in the house. Everything was perfect and consistent with the photos, well equipped, great hospitality, clean, very quiet and a few minutes walk from the seaside. A perfect base to enjoy Saint Cyprien (mention at the boat rental without an Artimon license to go to collioure) and radiate all around (walk le racou collioure, Cadaques, Argeles ...) I highly recommend it!

Second stay at Patricia's. This house is quiet close to the sea and shops. Patricia is a very friendly and welcoming host, her advice and recommendations are very useful for a perfect stay. We'll most certainly be back.

The house is really very nice: perfectly clean, the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the kitchen, the seating areas (including one with fireplace) and the dining room are very comfortable and decorated with care and a lot of elegance. The exteriors are just as neat: small pool type "Bali", flower garden, private garage, two terraces also private. The neighborhood is friendly and absolutely quiet. It should also be mentioned that the host was particularly responsive, accommodating and quite attentive. Anyway, that's great! I highly recommend this rental and warmly thank Guillermo did not welcome us there for a weekend, alas too short!

A beautiful large village house, spacious, where you can easily circulate despite the 3 and a half levels. Tasteful renovation, mixing the old and the modern. The living room-kitchen part in particular is great, we can linger in the vast and beautiful kitchen with a view of what is going on in the living room below. Large windows ensure good brightness in all the rooms, even this February, and the whole house was well heated. Equipment as described (the stove with a good pile of wood!). Plan groceries in winter, because very few shops open during this time. Pay attention to arrival, do not attempt to access the house from the top following the directions of the GPS, it is really very narrow.

Montse and her daughter were excellent hosts. The house is gorgeous and very clean. Spectacular morning and evening views. We really appreciated how responsive Montse and her family were. We needed help one evening and Montse's husband and son in law were incredibly responsive, showing up very soon even though it was raining heavily. As other reviewers mentioned its an uphill climb to get to the house but doable. The stairs from street to home (~40) were something we missed in the reviews, this may have been an issue w/ our luggage (we had large 28" bags) but were luckily able to get help from our shuttle drivers to carry up/down Check out was also very easy. Overall an excellent stay that I would recommend.

very nice little apartment with sea view. perfect when you walk around,there's really everything you need nearby. well served by public transport. We had a good vacation in Canet. Too bad the weather wasn't good!

We had a great stay! The accommodation is in a great location, close to all services (port, restaurants, beaches, funfair, supermarket, etc.) we are a couple with 2 small children and highly recommend this apartment. We did not meet Albert in person, however he was very responsive to all of our requests.

I was really happy with my stay. Maryise is just lovely and responsive and the flat was super. Very quiet at night and a 15 minute walk into Banyuls, with great hikes nearby. There is no cleaning fee, so it is expected to leave it clean, which is perfectly reasonable. It was also spotless when I arrived. A good experience.

A really nice place, which for us put us directly on vacation. Really clean, very careful. Very pleasant communication with Neus, recommendations of very interesting activities to do. I'm really sorry I got home. This is a place I would be happy to come back to.
