The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sorède, bordered by a river, close to the center of the village, 15 minutes from the sea by car. There is a large main room with high ceilings and a kitchen-dining room-living room by the fireplace with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. We live in a peaceful and typical village ideally located in the South of France, close to the sandy beaches of the Med, Argeles sur mer ( 10 minutes' drive), the Côte Vermeille ( with the famous spot Collioure ( 15 minutes' drive ), but also, 20 minutes' drive to the Spanish border, Le Perthus and in 20 minutes, you can visit Figueras and its Dali 's Museum, and cool down in the Costa Brava, rent a boat or jet ski in Rosas....
