Penthouse with terrace in the heart of Madrid. Ideal for couples. Brand New Kitchen and independent bathroom. Living room overlooking the terrace and bedroom downstairs, you do NOT have to climb stairs to be in the bedroom. The stairs inside the house lead to a attic space and it is not advisable to climb for safety. A lot of light at home. All spaces are exterior and with windows. On the terrace there are plants and it is very nice and relaxing. You can walk to all the emblematic places.

I live in a beautifull XIX century home in the village of Miraflores de la Sierra, a small town inthe hills of Madrid, sorrounded by an amazing nature with incredible hiking routes, pleasent walks and delicius local gastronomy. Is an independant apatyament were in the summer you can escape the heat enjoying the garden and the swiming pool and in the winter relax in front of the chimney. We are a two minutes walking distance from the center of the village.
