This large room opens onto a furnished terrace (deckchair, table and chairs, parasol, barbecue) which overlooks the lakeside road. - bathroom and toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms - a bathroom with toilet and hand basin.

Between lake and mountains, located 5 minutes by car from the lake (Duingt beach), our apartment is built in an old farm. It has a capacity of 5 people (maximum 6 with sofa bed). It is located at an altitude of 800 m in a typical village of the Bauges Nature Park. You'll find direct access for mountain hiking or snowshoeing from the house. It's a peaceful place in the middle of the mountains.
