Čeká vás velkorysý společný prostor s výhledem do krajiny, krb, dlouhý stůl pro společné snídaně i večeře, sauna (od 09/2026) a dvě oddělené ložnice. Our apartment "Silencio" is located in the municipality of Amtsberg, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge. The modern furnishings and unique location, surrounded by nature, invite you to relax. The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

In the house you cook on a kitchen stove with wood, relax in a solid wood family bed (270 x 200 cm) made of stone pine and feel a very special room climate through the clay plaster. Everything is pure nature.
