The newly renovated, 94 sqm city apartment, with large kitchen-living room, dishwasher and daylight bathroom, is located on the upper ground floor of our beautiful 2-family house, which is located on a quiet side street with its own parking space in the middle of Heubach. On the furnished balcony you can start the day with breakfast or end comfortably. Bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream shop, bookstore, small indoor swimming pool, butcher and two bakeries with breakfast can be reached in just 1-2 minutes.

Die Lage ist in Bettringen, eine Vorort mit wenige Autominuten nach Schwäbisch Gmünd. Zu Fuß erreicht man Tennisplätze mit einen gut geführte Gastronomie. Im Sommer kann man in der nähe gelegene Freibad entspannen. Bushaltestellen sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine Supermarkt, Gastronomie, Friseur Salon, Apotheke, Volksbank, und Sparkasse sind in der Nähe.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Beautiful apartment with an area of 57 m2 and a large equipped balcony with magnificent views of the castle park. 100 m to the bakery and the butcher, 500 m to the supermarket. Restaurants, cafes and snack bars are nearby. Relax and enjoy your stay in the quiet bedroom (bed 140 wide), in the living room with dining area, in the good equipped kitchen with dishwasher and in the bathroom with bathtub. Of course there is Wi-Fi.

The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor.
