The 145 m² of space is spread over three easily accessible levels: On the ground floor, there is an en suite with a study, a shower room and a toilet. On the 2nd floor two bedrooms and their bathroom-WC. On Level 1, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a bright dining room and a spacious living room. Stylish and comfortable throughout.
