There's no running water in the yurts well-appointed kitchenette but everything else you need is there! The camp toilet is in an outbuilding by the yurt and a gorgeous guest shower room is up at the house.

40 minutes west of Kanata, ON in Lanark Highlands, 20 kms west of Almonte. The Gate House is a renovated 150 year old log building with 2 single beds, in floor heating, bathroom with shower & kitchenette with hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, small fridge & microwave, dining & sitting area. Newly custom built, 4-season waterfront Cottage on 20 acres in beautiful “Land O Lakes”. The cottage sits on a crystal-clear, spring-fed lake about 5 km in length. Palmerston lake offers excellent fishing for smallmouth bass as well as lake trout and pan fish. Our lake system is extreamly clean, weed free and excellent for swimming, boating, fishing and more.
