Close to amenities (bakery, pharmacy, grocery, butcher, post office, bank, etc.), close to the ring road and shopping centers. Private parking. NB: No parties allowed

Very quiet 1 room studio-flat on the ground floor of a charming stone and brick house with a private garden, in the city centre of Albi (twelve minutes walk from the cathedral and the old city centre, 5 mn from the railway station and 4 mn from the university ), it includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 armchairs and a small table to relax after visiting , opening on the little garden, an open kitchen, a table to eat or work and a big bathroom (shower+ bath) as well as separate toilets.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Between town and country, small 40 m² house, adjoining ours, with its small garden. Independent entrance, parking space in front. Everything is provided on site for your breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, juice, bread, butter, homemade jams) Baby equipment (bed, chair, bath). The sofa bed is an extra bed. Restored former farmhouse cottage

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

The neighborhood is pedestrianized and secured by a terminal that only allows access to neighborhood residents.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers and also for business travelers. Breakfast will be offered for your first night: coffee, tea, pastries.
