Monthly Rentals in Lawton Park, Seattle

Our family, including a baby and a toddler, stayed at Cody’s place for 2 nights on our way up to Vancouver. The neighborhood was very quiet and his home was easy to locate. Upon arrival, the place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved all the small touches - house slippers, a loofa, bottled water, and snacks! The space alone deserves 5 stars, however, the highlight of our stay was Cody’s above and beyond hospitality. He was very generous towards our requests and it was greatly appreciated. The location was also very convenient. Would highly recommend Cody’s home and would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful Airbnb. The space looks as described and is well appointed for a long term stay. The area is peaceful and very walkable if you love nature. Discovery Park and the locks are close by on foot, and the main street of Ballard is just a little further. I found the area very bike friendly, as you are just a short bike away from the Burke Gilman and Ship Canal trails. Akosua was very kind and responsive-- highly recommend this place!

We felt at home right away. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The beds are clean and comfy, and the space is spacious for a 2-bedroom house. The hosts are very responsive whenever you need them. My kids and I will truly miss being in that place.

This place was top notch. Beautiful comfortable king bed with a fantastic mattress. Easy to use climate control, lots of light, great kitchen and wonderful bathroom. There was plenty of space for our things in the big closet and everything was spotless and clean. Andrew and Lauren are fantastic hosts who respond quickly to any questions, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful and very close to all kinds of cool things to do in Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford and beyond. We had no issues with parking as there were plenty of spots in the street right next to the alley. Marilyn and I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.
