Well-equipped house, especially for children, with a nice little exterior! In a peaceful area and a reasonable distance from the city center (20min walk quietly). In addition, Soline and the members of the concierge are very responsive.

A very warm welcome and a house that is perfectly responsible for the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. All amenities are easily accessible on foot. We had a great time in Avignon!

If you want to go to the island of Oléron, I recommend the property of Manue and Luc. Very responsive, friendly hosts. The superb property proposed by Manue and Luc ideally located and a relaxing calm corresponds in every way to the photos on the site. We loved the garden, the exposure, the property and all the services offered by it. We will be back with our dog, because yes, pets are allowed at Manue and Luc's. Really great..... Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, everything was as described. The baby supplies were very helpful. We were not able to enjoy the terrace because the weather was capricious but still allowed us to discover the surroundings and there is plenty to do. Thanks for hosting us, we'll be back with pleasure!

Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

Tastefully decorated apartment, well located, close to La Rochelle and Ile de Ré, very pleasant, available and friendly host... quiet area, everything is done to spend a warm time there

If you want to be in La Flotte, you won't find a better location! It's a studio with a bed on the mezzanine but it is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great value for money - I would stay there again.

This accommodation has an exceptional geographical location, it is at the foot of the mythical towers of La Rochelle, in a pedestrian street and full of good restaurants. In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

We had a great time in La Rochelle, and we do not regret having chosen Aurélie's place. Very well located accommodation (close to the old port), clean, well-equipped and quiet. What's more, we were hosted very well by Maxime (co-host) when we arrived, and he was able to respond with great kindness and responsiveness to our requests. We would definitely recommend this place to you.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, the small balcony allows you to fully enjoy the sea view. Access to the beach is direct so you can enjoy it quickly with children . Clean apartment with everything you need, close to local shops (bakery, ice cream shop,restaurant ...) the sea bus is less than 10 minutes walk ,a beautiful discovery that allows access to the center of La Rochelle while enjoying a boat getaway. Patricia is a responsive host to the message and was accommodating on the check-in and check-out time. The person who hosted us (Patricia was away) was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions . We recommend this apartment

Our stay at this accommodation was very pleasant, at this time we found calm and tranquility. Regarding the studio, it is ideal for 2 people, the sunny terrace for a good part of the day is a real asset. We would recommend this listing.

Very functional apartment. Quality bedding. Top neighborhood. Coffee in the apartment which is great! Philipe is proactive. The pool is a plus as a family. There is even a small sunny terrace in the afternoon until the end of the day. I recommend it!

We had a great time at Nicolas's apartment, everything is very clean, the decoration is very nice, the terrace too. The location is ideal, by the sea and just minutes from the center of the fleet. We can only recommend it, 10/10!
