The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

As we can say "small but cute", it is indeed a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've maximised the space. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Chateau-Gontier. Possibility of free street parking.
