You will love the elegant decor of this charming townhouse with its large bay window overlooking a 15 m2 vegetated terrace. The Chantenay district, a former working-class stronghold, due to the shipyards and large factories on the banks of the Loire, now looks like a village in the city! . You will find local shops in Place Jean Macé, a 10-minute walk away, bakery, organic grocery store, tobacco press, Vival supermarket, wine cellar, restaurants, bars...

Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available for your use. Following guest recommendations, we added a table, microwave and small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking. Possibility to park your vehicle as well as your bikes. The accommodation is located around the banks of the Loire.

Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 accommodation, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Stay in the heart of Montrevault-sur-Èvre, in a cozy and fully equipped accommodation. 32 m2 designer and connected house: fully equipped kitchen ++, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart lock, cocooning bedding, QLED TV and video projector. Ideal for a couple or a solo traveler, with a unique terrace to relax after a day at Puy du Fou or a walk in Anjou. The Raz Gué guinguette and a Netto supermarket (open daily) are just a 500 m walk away.

Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet neighborhood, accessible only by car.
