WELCOME TO L'IØDE ET MERVEILLES!!! Very comfortable new 50 m2 air-conditioned house located in the heart of the Château d'Oléron at the foot of the ramparts. Ideally situated: - less than a 10-min walk to the market and shops - less than a 10-min walk to the beaches - 100 meters from a supermarket - 15 min walk to the port and its must-see oyster shacks converted into artists' studios - 15 min walk to the Citadel of Eleanor of Aquitaine - at the foot of the cycle paths.

Nice house in the heart of the citadel near the market

Very nice house of 110 m² completely renovated, with beautiful living rooms, bright, and which keeps a certain freshness during hot weather! You can have a good time on the outdoor terrace equipped with an awning and fully enclosed by a wall, not overlooked. Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms, including a comfortable master suite, will allow you to spend very good nights in a very quiet location. The place is ideal for relaxing and resting.

On the ground floor, entrance, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with an Italian shower and toilets. An indoor courtyard with BBQ's BBQ's and garden furniture. Cabin-style, close to the sea.

Pretty independent house, quiet, with the typical decor of fishermen's huts. South -facing exhibited terrace. Close to the cycle path, amenities (bakery, tasting hut of Hugtres), a discreet beach and only 2 km from the port and the center market by the coastal path. le chareau d’Oléron is a small village at the entrance to the island. Very famous for its port and colorful fishermen's huts, it is an essential tourist place!
