The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a launderette (payable). The accommodation is located close to the port, shops, restaurants and the train station, direct TGV to Montparnasse, 25 minutes on foot, shuttle bus service.

Mezzanine (height 1.78 m): reading-games area, one bedroom (two single beds 90*190 or one large double bed 180*190).
