Located approximately 200 metres from the Quais du Croisic, in the heart of an extremely quiet area, you will enjoy a peaceful stay right in the centre of the town! The property was fully renovated in 2016. Originally, it was used to accommodate fishermen during the sardine season. You have access to the spa all year round (except in case of unfavorable weather conditions, the water is heated to 35°, a private garden furniture, two relax a table, two chairs for lunch outdoors!

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

The house is quiet, away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Everything is within walking or cycling distance: the beach, shops, the wild coast... Enclosed garden for your sole use and not chemically treated to enjoy grilling and outdoor dining. You will be comfortable with us!

It is a 6-minute walk from the marina, shops and sea, and 15 minutes from the train station. Ideally located between the sea and the countryside, we took up residence there 4 years ago and are renovating this house to make it our little cocoon.
