This apartment, located in a listed historic building, offers a magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach, along with two balconies. Partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, the flat is on the first floor, with a lift. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a launderette (payable). The accommodation is located close to the port, shops, restaurants and the train station, direct TGV to Montparnasse, 25 minutes on foot, shuttle bus service.

The seaside atmosphere has come to settle in this small apartment. It is located at the foot of the port, close to the train station, restaurants, shops, cinema but on a very quiet street. The comfort of the apartment will allow you to have a good time and a pleasant stay. The individual closed cellar for bicycles or strollers is at your disposal. Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the apartment. Weekly booking in July and August from Saturday to Saturday.

The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

The apartment has just been fully renovated. There are all the kitchen utensils and linens are provided. For parking there is often space nearby otherwise there is a very large free parking lot 300 meters away. The TGV train station is 1 km away
