This apartment, located in a listed historic building, offers a magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach, along with two balconies. Partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, the flat is on the first floor, with a lift. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a launderette (payable). The accommodation is located close to the port, shops, restaurants and the train station, direct TGV to Montparnasse, 25 minutes on foot, shuttle bus service.

We invite you to spend your vacation in our apartment, ideally located in the heart of Le Croisic, with stunning views of the Le Croisic steeple as well as the Traict. It is located close to restaurants, shops, the market and the port, as well as Saint-Goustan beach and the SNCF train station, you can do everything on foot! The apartment is comfortable and well equipped for 4 people, (ideal family 2 adults + 2 children). The bedding is new.

Come and discover our cozy 80 m2 house with its 400 m2 enclosed garden. Its location is ideal, you can do everything on foot! It is a 6-minute walk from the marina, shops and sea, and 15 minutes from the train station. Ideally located between the sea and the countryside, we took up residence there 4 years ago and are renovating this house to make it our little cocoon. But in our absence this summer we want to share it with you!
