Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Grazie

fantastic apartment, spacious, clean and bright spaces. We were in six people, all very satisfied. Comfortable beds, equipped with various very useful things. I could be wrong but it seemed to me not to see an emergency kit that could be very useful.

This was the most perfect place to have a quiet but eventful time. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the area just as much. Highly recommend to others and we plan on coming back and booking this again! Thank you so much!

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

My sister and I stayed in this amazing apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed Viareggio! Elisabetta was so helpful and came to check in with us on a few details we struggled with (the water container in the dryer)!! And Andrea was so helpful to check us in a little early and even carried our bags up to three flights of stairs! Just a few things to be aware of, it is a lot of stairs, (so American third-floor and UK/European second floor), but Worth it because once you are in the apartment, it is very comfortable! The beds are very firm, but we finally got used to them. Overall I would say it’s a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again! The management is wonderful, and very kind, so you can’t go wrong with this place!

Spacious and clean apartment Close to train station, easily accessible by walk. Convenience store and many restaurants within walking distance of the building. Bathroom and shower a little small and kitchen not very convenient because you don't circulate easily We appreciated the availability of a dryer because we stayed on rainy days

We had a very nice stay, the apartment has a beautiful view and the evening in the Jacuzzi was fantastic. We were welcomed personally and very warmly and with the translator app, communication also works well. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooms spacious. We would recommend it :)

A truly restful and comfortable stay, but at the same time close to all amenities… It is also uniquely beautiful, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Alba & Morgan left a wonderful welcome treat for us and made it so easy to check in. The house was exactly as described and had everything we need. We loved that the house had two balconies. The three bedroom areas worked great for us (two bedrooms and a nice bed in a common area). The location was great. We misread the instructions on how to get there and went the wrong way (be sure to go *through* the tunnel, not past the tunnel). We hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza, visited all five towns, and loved our time in Cinque Terre.

The apartment is very nice, well equipped. It is very quiet, there is a lot of nature around, easy access to public transportation. The apartment is close 20 minutes walk to pizzerias and supermarkets. I recommend it 100%😄.

Very tasteful and high-quality renovated stone house with garden, terraces and wonderful sea views. Thanks to the underfloor heating, it is also very pleasant in winter. You immediately feel welcome, also thanks to the warm welcome from Giada. We will be happy to come back!

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

We stayed in Sestri Levante for a few days and this place was perfect! The apartment is clean, well cared for and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent for reaching the most interesting sites. The owners were really friendly and very helpful. A really pleasant stay, we would be happy to come back!

Very nice townhouse with large roof terrace designed down to the smallest detail. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance, a Michelin restaurant is just a few houses away. Great amenities and definitely something for design fans.

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Tommaso, son of Deborah, welcomed us in a very friendly way. Our messages were always responded to quickly. The location of the apartment was very good and so was the apartment itself. Only Wi-Fi and blinds in the bedroom could be improved. Otherwise great, thanks.

The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. It is in close proximity to the train station, which is very convenient for getting around the area, including going to the five lands or to Portofino, but also has the inconvenience of being noisy due to the regular passage of trains. We would still recommend this place that we really enjoyed.

Fantastic location in a delightful town.

Andrea’s La Suite di Bonnes was a great place to stay in Pietrasanta with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, I stayed almost a month. It has very easy access to the center of town with many great bars restaurants and shopping. The apartment was warm and cozy, plenty of hot water for the shower and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve had in the four months I’ve been traveling. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing that interfered with my stay. Thank you!

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs!
