Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin and offers Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a cupboard, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a proper 18-cm mattress), a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, and a shower room with a separate shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

La Terrasse du Loir gîte, 3 km from the Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" gîte is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool and no neighbours overlooking. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022, and the pool is heated to 29°C In 2026: Heated swimming pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115 m² gîte + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir, located 2.5 km from the Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 beds).

Pleasant country house

Located 400 metres from the centre of the village, a small town with character and all amenities (bakery, butcher's, mini-supermarket, bar, all open even on Sunday mornings; pharmacy and medical centre), our detached, single-storey house, with its enclosed courtyard and large garden, will be delighted to welcome you. In the summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit

Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably furnished and fully renovated house in a quiet location in the heart of the Loir Valley. You will find many activities in the surrounding area (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Zoo de la Flèche is 20 minutes away, the 24H circuit is 25 minutes away, the 24H and Baugé golf courses are 25 minutes away, as are Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike and Lake Mansigné.
