Living room area with flat-screen TV, desk, bathroom with shower 140/80, separate toilet. Upon arrival you will find coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate, orange juice, milk, water, jams, sugar, etc;

Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.
